Clinical Sport Psychology
Our team possesses extensive expertise in providing clinical psychological support within elite sports organisations. We collaborate with athletes across all ages and skill levels who may be facing mental health and wellbeing challenges. We are committed to recognising the intrinsic link between well-being and performance.
Common issues we address include performance anxiety, coping with pressure, injury recovery, return-to-competition protocols, building self-confidence, support around transitional periods, relationship dynamics, and the impact of external events. Additionally, support can be extended to include the athlete’s support network—comprising coaches, parents, and support staff—acknowledging that those closest to the athlete often play a vital role in their overall well-being.
Child and Adult Mental Health
Our team are fully qualified and HCPC regulated clinicians with extensive experience of working with young people and adults experiencing challenges in relation to their mental health. We understand the importance of creating a trusting relationship and being creative and flexible in our approach to effectively support mental health across the age range.
We offer comprehensive assessments and therapeutic interventions for a wide range of mental health challenges. We specialise in anxiety-based concern such as generalised anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and panic. We have particular interest in supporting performance-based anxiety such as exam stress, competitions, and pressures inherent within elite sport.
Please note our clinicians have limited availability outside of agreed sessions and are therefore NOT in a position to offer support to clients experiencing thoughts in relation to harm to self or others.

Adult Mental Health
Our mental health can fluctuate throughout our lives, and sometimes having professional support to better understand why we may be struggling, and importantly how we can better support ourselves can be incredibly important. We recognise it can take courage to step into a place of vulnerability and seek support. Supporting you to feel comfortable in our sessions is a priority.
We have offer evidence-based therapeutic support to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including difficulties with anxiety, low mood, bereavement, sleep, low confidence/self-esteem, and trauma. We have a special interest in anxiety-based concerns related to performance, such as stress/burnout, general anxiety and work-place coaching. Please get in touch to arrange an initial 15-minute consultation to see if we are best
placed to support.
