Mental Health and Performance

Set Point Psychology provides clinical psychology support within elite sport and high performance environments. We work alongside organisations to support mental health, wellbeing and performance across the system. We also offer external clinical psychology support to both young people and adults on a referral basis where we specialise in supporting mental health and wellbeing in the context of performance based concerns or challenges.

Set Point represents a pivotal moment in sport where the pressure is high and mental clarity is required. We strongly believe that to sustain and enhance performance, we need to prioritise mental well-being. Performance pressures can impact our mental health at times, and we are passionate about offering evidence-based therapeutic support to optimise mental health and performance.

Our team is delighted to work alongside leading sporting organisations and national governing bodies including UK Sports Institute, Premier League football, professional tennis, as well as working with individuals within corporate environments.
